Will my personal details be shared?

As per Naughty SA strict Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions, the use of private information on the e-commerce platform (i.e. users' personal information, credit card details, physical address and contact details) will be kept confidential at all times. Under no circumstances will we divulge these details to third parties.

Please note: The users' physical address and contact details will need to be shared with the courier company in order to have parcels delivered.

 

I just bought something from the Naughty SA website. How long will it take to arrive?

Monday - Friday: We process orders from 8:00 - 14:30. If you order BEFORE 14:30, your order will be shipped on the same day. We suggest making payment via credit card as this will reflect immediately.

Weekends and afterhours: If your order is placed AFTER 14:30 or over the weekend, your order will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.

Orders that are received after 14:30 on a Thursday will be shipped on Friday, expecting delivery the following Monday.

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days by Naughty SA and our shipping partners.

 

What is your return policy?

For the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers – and because of the intimate nature of the products that we sell – Naughty SA cannot accept returns or perform exchanges for any purchases unless the product(/s) are defective. Any product(/s)* that are designed to come into contact with any body part or body fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable, including:

  •  vibrators and dildos,
  • douche and enema kits,
  • anal toys, beads and plugs,
  • cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves,
  • gags and ropes,
  • women’s lingerie and men’s intimate wear,
  • lubricants, massage oils, condoms and body paints.

*PLEASE NOTE: Once these products leave the warehouse, they are considered used and, therefore, cannot be returned.

 

How can I place an order?

> Once you have found the product(/s) that you want to purchase, click the add to shopping cart button.

> Once you have chosen all of your items, click the proceed to checkout button.

> Complete the blocks, requiring important billing and shipping information.

> Choose the shipping and payment option you prefer.

> Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation via email.

 

Discreet shipping and billing is important to me. How are orders shipped and what will show on my bank statement?

Parcels: Our orders are packed in plain cardboard boxes or traditional courier packaging. No information is displayed that indicates what is inside the parcel or where its contents come from. We understand the importance of privacy, and ensure complete privacy when shipping to you!

Waybill: Waybills will not display any information that indicates what is inside the parcel or where its contents come from. Anyone looking at the waybill or signing for the parcel will not be able to see any information regarding contents or origin. To ensure privacy, we use our registered company name - Umbomi Group (Pty) Ltd - for the sender reference.

Bank Account: To keep your orders private, your bank statement will not reflect a payment that references Naughty SAInstead, your bank account will reflect transactions to Umbomi Group (Pty) Ltd.

You can be assured: No-stress deliveries are involved when placing an order with us! There is no need to worry about parcels being delivered to your home or work. We understand the importance of privacy - discretion is key. No one will ever know what is inside!

 

What if a product is defective?

If any product purchased from Naughty SA is found to be defective within 6 months (or under the manufacturer’s warranty), we will gladly replace it with the same item. Please be sure to contact us via email or phone to begin the return process.

Kindly include the following information in your email:

  1. Your order number found in the middle of the page of your email confirmation in red writing,
  2. Your name, and
  3. The nature of the defect.

Once you have personally arranged for the shipping of the product back to our warehouse, we will promptly ship a new replacement product to you - free of charge. Any returns must have ALL of its original parts and packaging, as well as batteries, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions (if applicable.)

 

Do I need an account to make an order?

No, not at all! You can shop as a guest.
